These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of susilabs.in and your purchase of products or custom 3D printing services from Susi Labs. By placing an order, submitting a custom order request, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

About Susi Labs

Susi Labs is an Indian business offering e-commerce sales of 3D printed products and custom manufacturing based on customer-supplied or approved designs.

Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate law, intellectual property rights, these Terms, or production capability. A contract is formed when we confirm your order or begin fulfillment.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping may apply at checkout. Payment must be completed through our approved payment methods before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing for custom work.

Standard products

Ready-made products are sold as described on the product page. Minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, and dimensions may occur due to the 3D printing process. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the final item.

Custom orders

For custom manufacturing, you confirm that uploaded designs are owned by you or that you have permission to use them. Custom orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Quotes and timelines are estimates until confirmed in writing.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of designs you upload. You grant Susi Labs a limited license to use submitted files solely to evaluate, manufacture, and deliver your order. Our website content, branding, and original product designs remain our property.

Prohibited use

You may not use our services to produce illegal items, weapons, dangerous devices, counterfeit goods, or items that infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within India using third-party couriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

Cancellations and refunds

Standard product orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Susi Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
